Some people had the privilege to watch these matches live as they were played in the stadiums in Austria and Switzerland. Watching a match live in a stadium can be hilarious especially when you are seated with 30 000 fans who all support your team. You rejoice together at every goal for your team, and every ball the keeper blocks. Yet one thing we take for granted, is the effort behind making this joyful setting. How would we have felt if the seats on which we sat for more than 3 hours were uncomfortable, and brittle? Would it not have been a miserable experience, and something we would never forget about the day? “…the only thing I hated about the match where the stadium seats…they were suxs!”you might have ended up saying. In this light, I take a moment to thank the organizers of the games, the engineers and constructors of the stadiums, and Bertele’ the manufacturer of seats for their joint efforts to provide us with a pleasant spectator experience.

Kyndiah, Union Minister for tribal affairs, Government of India. He is recipient of Lord Ashdown award for his valuable teaching contribution in the field of Minimal Access Surgery.

Prof. Dr. R.K. Mishra has also had several editorial appointments, including editor of Journal World Journal of Laparoscopic Surgery. He has held several visiting professorships at universities around the world, including the University of Uganda, Kenya, Tehran, Libya and Turkey. Prof. Mishra has published over 50 research papers and published several monographs on topics relating to surgical procedures. Prof. Mishra is a prolific author who has published his research findings in journal articles, abstracts, textbooks, book chapters, and in editorials. Each tax payer will be entitled to a personal allowance, currently around £5000 - £6000; this personal allowance is the amount that can be paid before income tax is charged.

National Insurance is paid to cover the receipt of certain benefits such as the state pension; it is deducted from salaries over a certain weekly or monthly threshold.

If you benefit (make a profit) from the sale of assets such as property, you will be expected to pay Capital Gains Tax, similarly, if somebody dies and they have an estate to leave worth over GBP312,000 (after all debts are paid), inheritance tax will be charged at a rate of 40%.

Value Added Tax is payable on purchases of certain items, suppliers may choose to display their prices inclusive of VAT, or they may add it on when the purchase is made. Currently, the standard rate of VAT is 17.5%, although some items may have a reduced rate of 5%, or they may be completely exempt and have a zero rate.

Businesses are subject to corporation tax on profits, the rate depends on how much profit is made, as does the time between each payment, e.g. larger companies pay quarterly where as smaller companies pay annually.
